The flashing gold Team Bulletin at the top of the Sales Portal is the company megaphone. Its message lives in a single cell of the master sheet — change the cell, the site changes.

✏️ 1. Post a Message

Open the master sheet → Bulletin tab → edit cell A2.
Keep it to a sentence or two — it's a banner, not a memo.

👀 2. Everyone Reads It

All staff

The Sales Portal banner updates automatically. Reading it is part of opening the store.

The Ground Rules

Only Steve, Nikki, and Cheyenne edit the bulletin.
Time-sensitive info (recalls, price changes, all-hands) goes here FIRST.
