Warranty Request — How It Works
The customer files it themselves — your job is pointing them to the right door
Warranty claims run through appliancemart.biz/warranty.html — the QR code on the receipt goes straight there. The customer files the claim; the office reviews and routes it. Sales staff don't promise outcomes — the system decides.
📱 1. The Customer Files
Customer (you point the way)
- Customer has a problem inside warranty? Point them to the QR on their receipt or appliancemart.biz → Warranty.
- They describe the problem and submit. Do not promise a swap, a tech, or a refund — say "the office will review it and you'll hear back."
🗂 2. The Office Reviews
Steve / Nikki
- The claim lands with the office. Outcomes include: send a technician, approve a swap-out, or decline (e.g., outside coverage area).
- Each outcome sends the customer an automatic email explaining next steps.
🔧 3. The Fix Happens
Warehouse / Tech
- Approved swap → runs through the Swap Ticket system. Technician visit → gets scheduled.
- The store doesn't hand out replacement units for warranty claims — the warehouse does.
The Ground Rules
- Warranty promises come from the office, never the sales floor.
- The QR code on the receipt is the fastest path — teach customers to use it.
- HabiJax units carry their own warranty terms — check before assuming.
