Bulk buyers get paper too — every wholesale order is filed and logged
Wholesale/bulk orders run through the Wholesale Order form so pricing, quantities, and the buyer are on record before anything ships.
📱 1. File the Order
Whoever takes the order
- Portal → Wholesale Order: buyer, items, quantities, agreed pricing.
- Agreed price goes on the form at filing time — not negotiated later from memory.
🗂 2. Office Processes
Steve / Nikki
- Order lands on the Wholesale Orders sheet; office alerted.
- Fulfillment and payment tracking run off the sheet entry.
The Ground Rules
- No wholesale unit leaves without a filed order.
- Special pricing requires Steve's sign-off before quoting.
