Pay by the ticket. Check the deliveries this check covers, enter the check number, and Pay All stamps them together. Base pay is auto-calculated from mileage. Owed driver = Base pay + Add’l charges (rate-card add-ons plus charges Steve approved). Comm. = 10% of the customer charge. Net = Customer charge − Owed driver − Comm. Commission never comes out of driver pay, and driver pay is not capped at the charge. Add-ons flagged on completion hold for Steve. A blank charge leaves that ticket out of the Net total until it’s entered. Corrections are logged, never deleted — you can unpay a batch or fix a check number.
