🛠️ Appliance Warranty Policy

First Coast Habitat ReStore is proudly partnered with Appliance Mart to ensure all your warranty needs are handled. Please review the following details regarding your appliance warranty.

Warranty Coverage

-Your appliance is covered by a two-tiered warranty structure:

90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty:

-This coverage begins on the date of purchase shown on your receipt.

-Appliance Mart will cover the cost of both parts and labor required to repair the appliance.

Lifetime Labor-Only Warranty:

-Once the 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty expires, your appliance will automatically roll into our Lifetime Labor-Only Warranty.

-Under this warranty, Appliance Mart will cover the cost of labor for all subsequent repairs. The customer is responsible for the cost of any replacement parts.

Service Requirement & Exclusions

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SEND A SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO YOUR HOME FOR REPAIRS.

For all warranty claims or repair needs:

-You must bring your appliance to the designated Appliance Mart service facility located at: 2126 West 21st Street, Jacksonville, FL 32209.

-Upon arrival, your appliance will be repaired immediately, subject to part availability (if within the first 90 days).

-For questions, technical support, or self-help tips, you may call 904-379-1795.

Replacement Option (Within 90 Days)

In the event you are within your 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty and cannot bring the appliance to our warehouse for repair, we offer a replacement option:

-We will deliver a replacement appliance of like kind and quality for a non-refundable $75 delivery fee.

-The warranty expiration date for the replacement appliance remains the date of the original purchase.
