How to use this form

Why we do thisThis gets the office the exact part you need, with the model number and a photo, so it's ordered right the first time and you're not stuck waiting on the wrong part.
  1. Pick your store and your name.
  2. Type the part(s) you need.
  3. Add the model number off the appliance's sticker. Skip it only for generic stock like cords or hoses.
  4. Snap a photo of the model sticker or the old part.
  5. Tap Submit. It prints at Steve's and you get a confirmation email.
