Your coverage depends on how you received your appliance and how long you've owned it. Pick your store below to see the terms that apply to you.

Which warranty do I have?

1 Year Parts & Labor β€” if you paid full sticker price and used Appliance Mart's delivery & installation service.

"You Haul It" β€” if you (or anyone other than our delivery team) picked up and/or installed the appliance yourself.

Your warranty begins on the delivery or pickup date β€” not the date you first use it. Please test your appliance thoroughly as soon as you receive it.

Delivered & installed by us

1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty

  • First 365 calendar days: We come to your home to service your appliance. Parts and labor are included.
  • If we come to your home and the problem turns out to be something other than the appliance itself, a $50 Service Trip Fee is due at the time of the visit (for example, a broken circuit breaker or a clogged dryer vent). If the fee is refused, your warranty may be voided.
  • After 365 days: You move to our FREE Lifetime Labor Warranty (below).
You picked it up or installed it

"You Haul It" Warranty

  • We do not send a technician to your home under this warranty. For any warranty service, bring the appliance to our Jacksonville Warehouse & Distribution Center at 2126 W 21st Street, Jacksonville, FL 32209, at your own cost, and pick it up when the repair is complete.
  • First 30 calendar days: When you bring the appliance to our warehouse, parts and labor are included.
  • After 30 days: You move to our FREE Lifetime Labor Warranty (below).
  • Important: Refrigerators, front-loader washers, and front-loader dryers may not be covered under "You Haul It." To make sure these are fully covered, please use our delivery and installation service.
After your initial period β€” all JAX appliances

FREE Lifetime Labor Warranty

  • Bring the appliance, at your own cost, to our Jacksonville Warehouse at 2126 W 21st Street, Jacksonville, FL 32209 β€” even if it was originally delivered.
  • You pay only for any necessary parts. We cover the labor β€” free, for life.
  • You can bring the same appliance back as many times as you need to. We'll keep fixing it.
  • Some refrigerators, front-loader washers, and front-loader dryers may not be covered if the appliance was "You Haul It."

Warehouse hours: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (closed 12:00–12:30 PM for lunch); Fri 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Important things to know (applies to both locations)

Coverage area

All in-home warranty service is available within 20 miles of one of our stores. For service outside that area, a travel charge based on mileage applies β€” your warranty is still honored.

What we don't cover

Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents (for example, a broken handle or drawer, or a glass cooktop cracked by a dropped pot), and problems not related to the appliance (such as a clogged dryer vent or a household electrical issue).

When coverage starts

Your warranty begins on the delivery or pickup date, not the date of first use. Please test your appliance thoroughly as soon as you receive it and report any issue right away.

Replacement & repair

We reserve the right to repair or replace a covered appliance at our discretion. Some appliance types may carry specific exclusions as noted in your warranty tier above.
