● “You Haul It” means you or someone other than Appliance Mart’s delivery service, picked up/installed your appliance(s).
● PLEASE NOTE:
o We DO NOT send a technician out to your home under any circumstances if you choose this option. You must, at your own cost, bring your appliance(s) to/from our Tallahassee store located at 1626 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308. Wait time could be up to 3 weeks. Some refrigerators, front loader washers and front loader dryers may not be covered if “You Haul It”.
o For the first 90 calendar days, parts & labor are included when you bring it to/from our Tallahassee store located at 1626 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308. Wait time could be up to 3 weeks. Some refrigerators, front loader washers and front loader dryers may not be covered if “You Haul It”.
1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty
● PLEASE NOTE: You must pay full Sticker Price for your appliance(s) ANDyou must use Appliance Mart’s delivery service to deliver/install your appliance(s).
● For the first 365 calendar days, we come to service your appliance(s) at your home, parts and labor included.
o If we come to your home and the issue is with something other than the appliance(s), you will be charged a $50 Service Trip Fee to be paid at the time of the trip. Examples might be if your circuit breaker is broken, or your dryer vent is clogged. If you refuse to pay this Service Trip Fee, your Warranty/Warranties may be voided.
Our Warranties Do Not Cover:
● Commercial use of any kind. Commercial use voids all warranties.
● Spoiled food, damaged clothing, or other personal effects due to the malfunction of an appliance(s).
● Some older dryers.
● Cosmetic pieces like missing knobs, shelves, light bulbs, covers, door handles, door seals and the like. Please make sure you have closely inspected your purchase(s) in store and as we deliver.
● Damage caused to circuit boards, electronics, or functionality of appliance(s) due to moisture, misuse, abuse, neglect or infested with insects.
● Issues due to a power surge. Always use a power surge protector, they are available for purchase at our stores.
● If we come to your home, and the issue is with something other than the appliance(s), you will be charged a $50 Service Trip Fee to be paid at the time of the trip. If you refuse to pay this Service Trip Fee, your Warranty/Warranties may be voided.
Other Things to Know:
● All Sales Are Final.
● Some restrictions may apply.
● Your Warranty begins as of the delivery date, NOT the date of first usage. Please test your appliance thoroughly upon receipt.
● All Warranty calls must be within 20 miles from one of our stores.
o There is a travel service charge based on mileage whenever we must service an appliance outside of our 20-mile coverage area.
● We reserve the right to refuse delivery and/or installation in small, narrow, blocked, cluttered or otherwise limiting and/or dangerous areas/locations. The delivery staff may opt to assist in removing door(s) at an additional fee paid at the time of service.
● If appliance(s) is relocated to another location without the assistance of our delivery team, all warranties are voided.
● Although we have a professional staff of cleaners who clean, disinfect and sanitize all of our appliances, we highly recommend you clean, disinfect and sanitize your appliance(s).
● You are purchasing used appliances. We make no guarantees regarding future performance. We deal with any issues through our Warranty process.
● Appliances may make low mechanical noises because of their used condition.
● We strongly recommend you choose our delivery service. The appliances we refurbish are not in their original packaging therefore turning, tilting, mishandling, not correctly wiring or connecting, and incorrect installation can cause irreparable damage and as a result, voids your Warranty/Warranties.
● Servicing of an appliance(s) does not extend any Warranty. Warranty end dates are as stated above.
● Unless delivered and installed by Appliance Mart’s delivery service, some refrigerators, and front loader washers and front loader dryers may not be covered. Always consider delivery.
● If you refuse to or cannot take or keep possession of an appliance(s) you purchased within 30 days from the date of the purchase for any reason, including mismeasurement of the space in your home for the appliance(s), you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which will be withheld from the purchase price, the remainder will be refunded. This includes purchasing an appliance(s) unseen. Photos may not depict an accurate representation. In the event you choose to reject the item upon arrival, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as the delivery charge.
Warranties vs. Replacements:
● We reserve the right to replace an appliance(s) with a "like model" or model similar in functionality and appearance by our standards, if fixing that appliance(s) is more expensive to replace it. No price differential will be considered or paid. “Like model” will be considered to be of equal value to the original model.
● We reserve the right to refund your purchase price of the appliance only, not including any delivery fees, travel charges or service charges you may have incurred, rather than fix or replace an item.
