These Terms & Conditions apply to the Appliance Mart website and to the Appliance Mart customer text-message program. Appliance Mart is operated by Maintenance America, LLC. By using this website or by opting in to the text-message program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or opt in to text messages.

2. Appliance Mart Text-Message Program

Customers who provide a mobile number to an Appliance Mart employee and affirmatively agree to receive text updates may receive transactional and service-related SMS or MMS messages from Appliance Mart. Message types are limited to:

• delivery scheduling and delivery-status updates;
• pickup notices and order updates;
• service appointment scheduling, reminders, and updates; and
• warranty-claim status updates.

Appliance Mart does not use this text-message program to send sales, advertising, or promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your order, delivery, service appointment, or warranty claim. Message and data rates may apply.

Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. How to Opt Out or Get Help

To stop receiving text messages from Appliance Mart, reply STOP to any message. After we process your request, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To get help, reply HELP to any message, email steve.recycleusa@gmail.com, or call (904) 379-1795.

You can opt in again only by providing a mobile number to an Appliance Mart employee and giving new express consent. Your carrier may not support all message types. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Privacy

Your use of the text-message program and website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. That policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and share information, including the fact that we do not share, sell, or provide mobile numbers or messaging-consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
